The Queen’s Cup Pink Polo tournament will be played on Nov 17 at the Thai Polo & Equestrian Club in Pattaya to raise funds for the Queen Sirikit Center for Breast Cancer at Chulalongkorn Hospital and the Thai Red Cross Society.

The Queen’s Cup Pink Polo tournament is scheduled for Nov 17 at the Thai Polo & Equestrian Club in Pattaya. 

The tournament features an all-women cast, with the players turning up for the matches dressed in pink, while and the venue itself will be adorned in matching decor.

Throughout the day there will be plenty of activities for whole families including pony rides for children, a fashion show parade on horseback from luxury brands such as Burberry and classic fashion lines from England, the sale of polo lifestyle items such as La Martina from Argentina, and commemorative products from the Thai Polo & Equestrian Club. In Thailand the polo season runs November to April.

Players from all over the world regularly visit the club to play in various tournaments. This tournament is the opening event of the polo season in Thailand. It is followed by the Princess Cup Thai Polo tournament in January which raises funds for foundations operating under the patronage of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

February is the month for the Prince Charles’ Charity and the British Polo Day Cup.

The polo season ends with the Princess Pa’s Cup Beach Polo in Hua Hin in April. It raises funds for Princess Pa’s “Kam Lung Jai” project.
