Absolute Review : Oh La La Restaurant

Posted on October 31, 2013

Oh La La is a popular restaurant for tourists and expats in Kamala. It gets busy in the evening, but is open for lunch as well. Oh La La cuisines are Thai, Western, and French dishes. Therefore, it provides a good selection for the whole family or a group of friends. Oh La La is also famous for their homemade thin-crust pizzas which is the “must” item. Free WiFi and a pool table are available. At the inner part of the restaurant, you will find the Northern Thailand style cotton fabric clothes for sale as well.

This week’s review comes from Kanokwan Homcha-aim, CSR Coordinator for the Absolute World Group.

“I live in Kamala and Oh La La always comes as my first choice for dinner. It is also the place that I proudly present to my friends who come to visit me from overseas. I really like that the whole restaurant is decorated with old wood carving  and beautiful coloured glasses. The food here is always excellent and the price is very reasonable.

The dishes that I often order here are Tiger Prawn with Flamed Whiskey,  Panini, Pizza, Special Seafood Tom Yum with Crab, Pad Thai, Fish Fillet, Pasta, and Crepe with Chocolate Ice Cream on top. The Thai staff here are always polite, friendly and eager to serve you. For our Absolute members who have the chance to experience the Kamala area, I recommend that you should try this place.”

It is located on the main road in Kamala leading from Patong to Phuket Fantasea. At the second traffic light on the right corner, the restaurant stands out in a bright yellow colour.
